ASTEO FINANCE is registered in the single register of intermediaries in insurance, banking, and finance (www.orias.fr) under No. 13000618 and is a member of the National Chamber of Wealth Management Advisors, an association approved by the Financial Markets Authority, in the capacity of:
- Investment Advisor
- Banking and Financial Solicitor
- Intermediary in banking transactions and payment services, belonging to the category of non-exclusive agent in banking operations and payment services.
- In the event of a dispute or complaint from the client, the contracting parties undertake to first seek an amicable settlement.
- The client may submit their complaint to the firm's address, to their usual advisor or manager, who will have 10 days to acknowledge receipt and a maximum of 2 months from the date of receipt to respond.
- If no amicable agreement is reached, the parties may then notify the Mediator of the Financial Markets Authority: Madame Marielle COHEN-BRANCHE, 17 Place de la Bourse, 75082 Paris Cedex 02.
- If mediation fails, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
